These terms govern your use of AR Manager, a receivables-collections service operated by Mintbyte Solutions ("we", "us"), Lusaka, Zambia. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
AR Manager helps businesses track invoices, record payments, chase overdue accounts, issue statements and credit notes, and report on receivables. Features may change as we improve the product.
You must provide accurate details and be authorised to act for your business. New accounts are activated after approval. You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account, and for the actions of team members you invite. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Don't use AR Manager to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, attempt to breach or overload the service, or access data that isn't yours. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store your clients' contact details and for the content you enter.
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.
Paid plans are billed as agreed when you subscribe. Fees are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes unless noted. Non-payment may lead to suspension of paid features after reasonable notice. Any changes to fees will be communicated in advance.
We work to keep AR Manager available and reliable, but the service is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Unless a separate written service-level agreement applies, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
AR Manager is a record-keeping and collections tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice, and figures it produces should be reviewed by you or your professional advisers before you rely on them (including for tax or statutory filings such as ZRA Smart Invoice).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising from the service in any 12-month period will not exceed the fees you paid us for the service in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under Zambian law.
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service or other users. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.
We may update these terms; we will change the "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify account holders. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Zambian courts.
